This is a not-for-profit housing service familiar with our venue, area restaurants and local activities. Rates are lower than you will find elsewhere! They'll help make your sports stay in SW FL the most positive experience possible.

TEAM DINNERS
Meeting rooms: When you call 1-888-529-6588 to book rooms, let them know your team meeting needs; they'll direct you to a nearby restaurant -- or put you in contact with the right person at your hotel. Again, you'll get best rates by using hotline to organize your stay!

AIRPORT TRAVEL
Closest airport is RSW, the Fort Myers airport. (15-20 min.) Naples Airport is an option... but smaller and father away. (45 minutes)... You can also check Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport (2 hour drive west)... and Tampa or St. Pete Airports (2 hour drive south). The larger airports can be cheaper. Please contact your Team Liason (see below) for suggestions, if having trouble finding decent airfares.

DIRECTIONS
Aa separate email will be sent with directions to/from Airport to hotels... and to/from airport & hotels to the pitch. etc... Both airport & event hotels are approx. 15 - 20 minutes from pitch. This info and directions to Socials will be added to our website, and in Event programs.

- Teams requesting Thursday or Friday practice time, contact your Team Liason
- There will be coverered shelter provided for teams. Feel free to bring your own tents (especially in-state teams) but H.R.F.C. will provide some designated shelter for team use prior to matches. Out-of-state teams can travel lighter & easier.
- A rugby vendor and standard concessions available all weekend.
- There is a playground for kids. This is definitely a family-friendly park.
- Well-maintained bathrooms on-site.
- No alcohol sales allowed by the County.
- No animals allowed.

BRACKETS AND SCHEDULE
USA Rugby South sets the brackets and approves schedule/refs.
Matches are tentatively scheduled to kick-off Saturday at 10AM, with last match starting at 4PM. Sunday kick-off is tentatively listed at 10AM, last match beginning at 2PM. THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The Hammerhead club website & the South's will post info. It will also be in Event programs. Your team liason can contact you with changes.

REGISTRATION
Event is governed by ALL standard USA Rugby rules for registration and play. Teams will be required to sign-in & show valid photo ID's an hour-and-a-half prior to Saturday's match. Valid ID's are driver's license and passports. Team captains, please have eligibility forms & waivers signed in advance and ready to present. (Rules are on the USA Rugby websites if you need clarification.)
