Notice to all clubs participating in the
USA Rugby South Collegiate Championships

All clubs participating in the South Collegiate Championships at Furman shall come prepared with the following information bound in a notebook to be retained by USA Rugby South.  Each players information shall be in alphabetical order. (If possible please photocopy all information onto a single page per player).  Club information shall be bound at the beginning of the notebook with player information following.  All forms should be available at http://www.usarugby.org/championships/CollegiateMenI/registration.html

Team Certification Process
a) Completed USA Rugby Collegiate Team Eligibility Form verifying that the team is recognized
     by the college/university and is in good standing, and
b) Team Participation Agreement (form found on the USA Rugby website) and
c) Collegiate Club Eligibility Form (signed by the LAU Rep verifying good standing)

Player Certification Process
Each player must submit the following documentation to establish student eligibility.
