USARS Web Site Posting Procedure

Items submitted for posting to the USARS web site should be written as a press release (who, what, when, where) and in electronic format. Your communication should detail your request for posting and be submitted at least two weeks prior to your requested posting date. Please be sure to include either detailed contact information or an URL with this information. This site is maintained by Bradley Development.

USARS Playoff Results, All-Star Events, Player Recognition
USARS teams, officers, or committee chairs may submit items for posting related to their team and/or player performance by emailing a press release to the webmaster.

USARS Events and Announcements
USARS Officers and/or LAU Presidents may submit items for posting on the web site by e-mailing a press release to the webmaster.

USARS Club Events and Announcements
USARS clubs may submit events and announcements for posting under the appropriate sections of the web site by e-mailing a press release to the webmaster. Note that only items from USA Rugby South clubs in good standing will be considered for posting.

Specific Items That Will Not Be Posted
Marketing and promotional material, club social events unrelated to the development of the game, items hosted or sponsored by those not affiliated with USARS. (This is not meant to be an all inclusive listing)

A final word...
Please don't assume simply because you copied the webmaster on a mass e-mailing that your item will get posted on the web site. Only those items that are delivered specifically for posting will be added. Since your volunteer webmaster gets notices on about a dozen different rugby items each day, that's the only feasible way to sort through everything.
