representing several
different clubs. All clubs

the South Playoffs and Championships and
finished in this
order. All results have been
sent to Webmaster for posting on web page.

and as such seeks applications from
qualified coaches for the positions of

All positions will
report directly to the Director of Women’s
coaching and will be responsible for.
1.
Select side player identification,
recruitment and retention.
2.
Designing and implementing a select
side coaching program that compliments the
overall program outlined for the development
of South Women’s rugby.
3.
Modeling, teaching and reinforcing
ethical behavior throughout the program
4.
Leading and supervising the team and
staff at all camps, matches and tournaments.
5.
Maintaining highest personal level of
coaching expertise through continuous
improvement.
6.
Observing and Analyzing player and
team performance within program and sessions
to ensure optimum performance is maintained.
7.
Evolving players to achieve their
full potential – includes developing players
to attain national squad status..
8.
Works with manager to plan annual
budgets and deliver programs within planned
cost.
Minimum requirement
for applicants.
1.
USA Rugby certified coach
2.
Minimum 3 years coaching experience –
preferably in Women’s rugby.
3.
Submission of 1 page proposal in
support of application outlining;

enhance USA Rugby South Women’s program
